So it turns out this Intensive Teacher Training program is really intense. Hence my sporadic blogging as of late. But the time commitment is more than worthwhile. I feel incredibly lucky to be learning from YogaWorks Senior Teacher Chrissy Carter. So on this “Word Up Wednesday” I’ll defer to her (and get back to studying!).
